McQueen Media don't charge a call out fee, the way we charge is that after a free consultation over the phone with our engineer a price for the specific job is given. That price is the estimated complete price for the job and we don't charge for VAT or any extras, if however that when onsite the job in hand uncovers something unexpected then the price will be revised accordingly and the customer will be informed and we will request their authorisation before preceding further.
